Today was my first day back into the working world. Strangely it went really well! I tired towards the end of the day, as I had gotten up much much earlier than normal. Check back later in the week to find out if that changes any! HA!
This morning I got up, showered, ate, started dinner for tonight, dressed, got Munchkin #1 up and dressed and made Hubby's lunch! Go me! I quickly learned that there are going to have to be some changes, in order to keep up that schedule!
The topper on the day....I'll get a paycheck on the 15th for today and tomorrow! How funny is that?

So Much to Do
My job as a Stay at Home Mom, is officially coming to an end, on Monday that is. I have accepted a job at a local bank. I'm very excited, yet nervous at the same time. We've got a house that we are trying to build, keep in mind our "original" move in date was July 1 (enough said!), plus a gazillion other things going on. In my heart though I know this is the right thing for our family right now.
In light of the upcoming changes, that puts a lot of pressure on me to get a lot of things done between now and Monday. Thus the To Do List! If I can just get half of this done, I think I will feel accomplished.
The one thing I worry the most about is constantly staying 2 steps behind everyone else. So, I leave it in the hands of my Lord....

Who Knew Poopy Could be Exciting??
Ok...so this isn't going to be your run of the mill posting, but I'm just so excited about what Munchkin #1 did yesterday...
First a bit of history. I've been trying for months to get him to sit on the potty. He refused, could care less and was very content in his diapers. Well, I found out they were moving him at his daycare. This shocked me since he was potty trained. I knew he was one of the oldest in his class, but still thought it was odd. After talking with his teacher, we learned he had been using the potty at school! You've got to be kidding me! So, we set out to make a potty chart and explained to Dawson that he would get "Mickey" ears for every time he went potty. When the chart was full he would get to go meet Mickey Mouse! How exciting.....
So anyway...yesterday I asked him at Wal-mart (of all places) if he needed to go potty, he said yes, so we took off running to the bathroom. Low and behold he went poopy in the potty! To be honest I think I was more excited than he was.
When I became a mother, I never thought that this would be one of my proudest moments. Too top all of that off, Munchkin #2 (15 months) now wants to sit on the potty too! Yikes!
So, if I am this excited over poopy....how excited will I be when he graduates high school?
